As a woman, I get why she said what she did because she thought she was being the “cool” girl by not admitting she wanted to be exclusive after only a month but it was definitely said to trick him into an exclusive relationship without having a “title”. If you are going to have a mature relationship you have to be confident enough to tell a man exactly what you want, even if it means your feelings will be hurt when he doesn’t want the same thing.
